supplied in your email to re-register for online use. the patient access site has changed and it now asks you to search for your gp practice before going through the registration process. bridge view medical has four sites as you know, and we use the southville branch as our postal/hub site. patient access is therefore registered in this name and so you will need to search for this in order to
